Adding a 365 User Mailbox - iOS Mail App

  1. Open 'Settings' and scroll down to 'Mail'.



  2. Select 'Accounts'



  3. Select 'Add Account'



  4. Choose 'Microsoft Exchange' from the list of account types.



  5. Enter your work email address and a brief description. Then tap 'Next'.



  6. Select 'Sign In'.



  7. You will be redirect to Microsoft Online to sign in. Click 'Continue'



  8. Enter your password and then tap 'Sign In'.



  9. You will be asked to approve the sign-in using the Authenticator app on your phone. Once done, return to 'Settings'.



  10. Select the services you want to sync with your iPhone. Tap 'Save'.


That's it! You've successfully added your work or school 365 mailbox to your iOS Mail app.
