Adding a 365 User Mailbox - iOS Outlook App
  1. Download Microsoft Outlook from the App Store.



  2. Open Outlook and select "Add Account".

  3. Enter your work email address and click "Add Account".

  4. Click "Open Authenticator app to continue".



  5. Select "Work or school account".



  6. Enter your password and click "Sign in".



  7. Approve the sign in using Microsoft authenticator.

  8. Enable notifications if desired.
