Sharing data using Microsoft OneDrive
Upload the File or Folder:
- First, upload the file or folder you want to share to your OneDrive. You can either copy it to the root directory or create a subfolder.

Right-Click and Share:
- Right-click on the file or folder you’ve uploaded.
- From the context menu, select “OneDrive”, which will lead you to the sharing options.

Choose Recipients:
- In the sharing dialog, enter the email address(es) of the person or people you want to share the file with.
- You can share with multiple recipients by separating their email addresses with commas.

Set Permissions:
- Click the “Edit” button to define the permissions for the recipients. Decide whether you want them to edit the file or just view it.
- Adjust the permissions according to your needs.

Optional Message:
- If you’d like, you can include a personalised message to accompany the sharing invitation. It’s a great way to provide context or instructions.

Invite:
- Finally, click “Invite” to send out the sharing invitation to the specified recipients.

Remember, secure sharing is essential, especially when dealing with sensitive information. Make sure to follow your organisation’s guidelines and policies regarding external sharing.
